Defective garment bought through AMAZON

I would like a replacement, the left sleeve was not sewn correctly thus I cannot get my hand through it. For a price like that one should be able to get a good, durable and well made leather bomber jacket!!

Returned merchandise before 30 days items were not used. All returned items were in original packaging, non-damaged, all original tags attached, new condition with no obvious signs of use. No explanation for why all money was not refunded. Sent e-mail no response. This was 3/25/2019. Would not recommend this company. Never had a problem with this sort of transaction with any company I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware!!

Ordered weeks ago and paid through Amazon. No confirmation of shipping from luxurylane.com or verification of shipping even though payment with extra for expedited shipping payment was processed with Amazon. Sent 5 emails and no response. No phone number and when googled and found numbers not in order. Very unhappy!

Ive placed an order and have been given 2 fraudulent shipping tracking numbers. One thru USPS and another FedEx both have NO Information regarding numbers given. Its been 3 weeks. Cannot get a response. They are located in PA, Im in NJ. I should have received my coat in 3 weeks.

Will never order again

Ordered an item for almost 400 dollars the first week in November. no response except money out of my account. Finally around the 20th of Nov received a notice that my order was confirmed. sent two more emails, not answered. Finally got ahold of a rep on the 23rd of Nov that said the item was out of stock, had never been told that at the time of order. Cancelled the order immediately, have been promised correction will show on my card within 2 days. Horrible customer service, no responses answered and then told e mail server is having problems. I found the last representative very informative and she apologized for the company which was nice, but not her fault. taught me another lesson. would rate company at a minus 10 if possible,

BEWARE OF UNHELPFUL SELLER Cute shoes. And they would have been great if the EXTRA $24 dollars I paid in expedited 2-day shipping had gotten them here in time for the baby shower. 3 days later - after I had returned home - they arrived. Too late. When I asked for a return on the service I paid for, I was told no. I could return the shoes but I wouldn't get the shipping money back. But the shipping I paid for wasn't given to me!!!! If I paid for any other service and did not receive it, I would clearly and rightfully expect the money to be returned. Why won't they return this money??? Will not deal with this seller again.

Damaged Dresses/Poor but responsive Customer Service

I ordered 2 dresses 12/18/15 in different sizes to ensure one fit - for New Years Eve. Both arrived with a hot pressed mark on the entire length of the front of the dress. I called the company 12/27/15 and was told that the company would send out a replacement and to please send photos to swasser@***.com which I gladly did, anticipating the arrival of my new dress. 12/28/15 when I didnt receive any updates or tracking numbers called back and was told I had to return the dresses before a replacement could be sent. I ended up eventually speaking to Ms Wasser and was provided with a 10% discount and a promise that if I bought a new one she would make sure it was inspected before shipping. 12/29/15 new dress arrived, didnt even have to take it out of the clear bag to see the same white shine of the hot press that damaged this dress as well. (for those that aren't aware to press a dress too hot can cause some fabrics to turn colors or in this case cause a undesired shine..) but unfortunately this does down the entire front of the dress and is very noticable. I called immediatly and spoke to Jessica and was told I would be sent a return slip....never got it. Emailed Kourtney/Stephanie Wasser and hours later received an apology and shipping label....but I am now left with 3 damaged dresses and nothing for New Years Eve....Poor customer service, and no resolution.

I too asked for return authorization on an item. I was told to send a picture, which I did.

Their reply was that they would give me a refund. I never got the authorization or the refund.

Luxury lane boy navy flight jacket

I bought a jacket for my Grandson on the Sears Marketplace website. The order was fulfilled by Luxury Lane. On the Sears site the XS size was said to be an 8. When the jacket arrived it looked very small. I checked the label and it was printed XS 6/7. I contacted Sears and since it wasn't fulfilled by them, they could tell me nothing and were unwilling to help in any way. I called Luxury Lane and they would take it back if I paid return shipping and insurance, which would have been half the cost of the jacket. What amazed me was that their representative could not tell me what size to order that would equate to a size 8, since that particular coat was only offered on Sears website and not theirs. Anyway, the coat appeared to be pretty good for the 40% off sale price, it just wouldn't have fit. Draw your own conclusions, as for me, I've learned my lesson. P.S., it's from China, and this was the only place I could find to write a review. It couldn't be done on Sears or Luxury Lanes site.

I never dealt with a company so unprofessional as Luxury Lane. We ordered a suede leather blazer and it was a different color than I ordered and made for someone very tall so the size was not correct.

And they said it was leather . I don't know about anyone else but leather smell is very strong. It was not leather. It had NO SMELL of leather at all.

I sent it back and they are giving me a hard time and very rude. Bought it on March 8th 2017 and returned it right away.

Now it's March 29th and I am still waiting for my refund. Not happy.

File your complaint with The Better Business Bureau. There are many customers of Luxury Lane who have done so.

The company just wants to take the customer's money and not correct the mistakes. I urge you to read all the complaints files against this company through the Better Business Bureau.

Bad quality leather Jacket from Luxury Lane

Luxury Lane is an online retailer of Leather Jackets. I had a long saga of buying and returning Jackets from them, at my expense, because each time the Jackets arrived severly creased and wrinkled. They arrived this way because LL do not use any packing materials when sending their Jackets, instead they really on their shipper to handle with care - fat chance! I could not get thru to their Customer Service by phone no one picks up or returns messages. One is only able to communicate by e-mail and their replies were unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company!

Luxury lane was the absolute worst place I have ever delt with there jackets are cheap quality I'm writing this review for anyone that is even thinking about buying from them it's not worth the time or money, just don't!
